The inspection plan for movements of waste meets the legal requirement to implement adequate inspections to combat illegal shipping of waste (art. 50 of Regulation n° 1013/2006).

Based around a system of risk assessment, the plan determines, in particular, objectives and priorities for inspections and spot-checks.
The plan covers all geographical regions in France.
