Hotline
publié le 1er juin 2017 (modifié le 13 décembre 2017)

The hotline was set up to answer inquiries made to the PNTTD regarding the compilation of TMW files (how files should be submitted, using GISTRID, etc.)
The individuals who answer hotline calls and respond to emails are PNTTD case reviewers.
Our agents can be reached :
- at the following email address : pnttd@developpement-durable.gouv.fr
- or by telephone on 03.87.62.88.19 (when calling from abroad : 00.33.3.87.62.88.19) - lines are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am - midday allowing agents to spend the rest of their time studying case files.
PLEASE NOTE : the hotline should not be used for :
- submission of documents pertaining to waste movement operations. Instead, these should be :
- either entered into GISTRID (export movements)
- or sent to the Movements Unit (import movements) :
pnttd-mouvements@developpement-durable.gouv.fr
- requesting pre-validation for a case file, which must first be entered into GISTRID and submitted to a case reviewer for assessment.
We receive around 22,000 emails and 5,000 calls every year.
As these inquiries are processed by our agents, who man the hotline on a half-daily basis (leaving other agents free to process case files), we apologize if we are unable to answer your query immediately.
We will make every effort to respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.
