Once you have established that a notification procedure will be necessary (see the How to know which procedure is required section), a case file will need to be compiled.

Aside from Annex 1A (the notification document), which will be completed on GISTRID, certain additional documents will also need to be submitted : you will find a list of these documents in the "Items to be submitted" sub-section.

For example, here you will find information about the financial guarantee (how it is calculated, why it is applied, adherence to active quantities, etc.), or about the contract drawn up between the notifier and consignee, with corresponding templates for each document.
