When should the file be sent to the PNTTD?

When a notifier submits an export file via GISTRID, one of our reviewers will check the supporting documents that have been uploaded.

After this, one of two eventualities may arise (see the case review process) :

• either the file is complete
• or the file is incomplete
  
  

Therefore, notifiers should wait to receive confirmation that their file has been validated by the reviewer before sending hard copies !

In the event that additional information or items are required, the file may be considered incomplete and be returned to the notifier to be completed and re-submitted.

TIP : notifiers are advised to plan to submit their file to the PNTTD at least 2 months before they wish to begin waste movement operations.
