PNTTD in health security mode
In view of current containment measures, the majority of PNTTD agents are working online.
This means that TTD’s application management activity continues.
However, while we are doing our best to maintain the same lead times, occasional connection difficulties may lead to delays and we apologise for this.
Furthermore, some measures have had to be taken, such as shutting down the telephone hotline service. It is no longer possible to reach us by phone, but the email hotline remains the best means of contacting us (pnttd@developpement-durable.gouv.fr). You can use this method to request a return call specifying the reason for your call, and if necessary an application number or a number where we can reach you.
For all questions on the progress of your file, please refer to GISTRID. Thus, a closed request is a request for which the response provided has been validated.
For other emails, you will always receive an answer as soon as possible.
Also, please note that some authorities will not be able to meet their commitment to issue their decisions in the coming days, or are asking not to have export applications sent to them until further notice.
Under these circumstances, we ask you to inquire with the authorities concerned regarding the status of your file.
